Case 1

The workshops we attended with NMC gave us new insights, but they also unearthed more questions and concerns.
While discussing these concerns with NMC, we became more confident in our ability to grow on our own. We will not forget the things we learned from NMC, especially the parts about not giving up and taking action on our own initiative.

Case 2

Participating in the workshops gave our organization the ability to optimize overall on initiatives to tackle matters.
Specifically, under our medium-term business plan, we altered our corporate culture into one that takes more seriously discussions about our mission and customers.
We are formulating the next mediumterm business plan with a new shareholder, and we continue to hold workshops. We believe it is extremely important to have all employees on the same page when it comes to our growth trajectory, so we will continue to hold workshops with this in mind.

Case 3

At the workshop, we learned about framing our actions around strategy, finding the essence of matters, and acting SMART (specific, measurable, agreed-upon, realistic, and time-bound).
Although we had made plans in the past, we were unable to reach the desired outcomes because we had a hard time making progress right away on the plan. For a time, we struggled to find the best way of moving forward as an entire company.
As we began to see results, albeit minor ones, appear one by one, we finally understood how all our activities became aligned with our objectives. Nothing beats experience! We will continue holding these workshops as a component of our corporate culture.
